How do I get a link to the training for live online trainings?

As soon as we get your payment and online registration form, you’ll be taken to a page with the training link. Make sure to save that page so you can easily access the link later. You'll also receive an email confirming your spot in the training, which will also include the training link.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, we do have a cancellation policy. If you cancel with more than 15 days' notice, we can apply your payment to an upcoming training. If you cancel with less than 15 days' notice, we are unable to provide a refund. However, if the training is recorded, we can grant you access to the recording, allowing you to complete the workshop at your own pace and earn your certificate of completion (and CE credits if applicable).

When and how do I receive my certificate?

To receive a certification of completion for any Rooted and Rising training that offers CE credits, you must complete a post-test with a minimum passing grade of 70% and submit a training evaluation. Once both of these requirements are met, you will be provided with a link to access your certificate. If you encounter any issues accessing your certificate, please email rootedandrisingeducation@gmail.com for assistance.

If you do not pass the test, no worries! You will have the chance to review the training materials again and retake the test until you achieve a passing score.

Are courses accredited?

NOT CURRENTLY ACCREDITED - PENDING APPROVAL

Rooted and Rising Education is actively seeking accreditation from the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) to offer continuing education credits. Please note that until accreditation is granted, no trainings available will be eligible for continuing education credits.

At the time continuing education credits are available for a specific training, this will be clearly indicated along with the accrediting body. Conversely, if a training does not have credit approval, it will explicitly state that no education credits can be earned.
